This is just a little picture. I was dj'ing a few weeks ago, and in the corner I saw a girl sitting with a guy, in that comfortable, a little drunk, way. I would've taken a picture, but I have difficulty taking pictures of strangers. This scene is nothing like it, except the colour scheme. The original girl was hugging a pillow at the time. I used a freeze frame from Big Brother UK 7 as the source, but mostly for body positioning. Where am I supposed to get people to naturally pose for me? If I could improve it a bit, the girl would be leaning back a little more, the guy on the right would be wiping something from his eye, and they'd all be a little closer. But it is too boring to draw apicture twice.
For some reason, the soundtrack to this pic would be 'Poison' from The Prodigy's "Music For The Jilted Generation." For no reason at all, that album has been in my head recently, perhaps begging me to blindly enjoy myself again for a while... and maybe get a punky haircut again. One thing I love about doing art is it always reflects where one's head is so much...
